See you soon! - Can we have some tips for new players? Like the basic stuff to do around the shit.. I've never really learned the game before, and came back now but am as confused as I was before.. Died of "fatal depression" and dont know why... The discord group is good, but it has no "read this before you start"/tutorial... In my hordes, we always get a player or two that drop some extensive text about basic stuff which is always helpful..
- Mush (and thus by extension eMush) is a very tough game to get into, and right now there is no in-game tutorial. It's a planned feature for a future version, but it's a fair bit away -- we're still in alpha, so the new player experience has *not* been a priority when there's still features to implement and bugs to fix.
In the meantime, the best ways to learn the game is to find guides for the original game, ask for help from your shipmates, and/or find willing tutors in community spaces. If these options aren't immediately appealing, then the fourth best option is to wait for development to catch up to missing QOL and learning features. No shame in that! Thank you for trying out the game, even in its current state.
